          L - Factor to calculate fully loaded cost taking into account commission, bonuses, etc.
• Calculated Yearly Cost
  by considering YoY growth in ticket volume:
  
    Cost for Year (n+1) = Cost for Year (n) x (Expected YoY growth in a year + 1)
• Calculated Projected cost with Dynamic AI Agent
  by assuming Deflection in total volume of tickets and reduced cost in resolving them with Dynamic AI agent:
  
     (Deflection rate x Total number of tickets x Cost per deflected call) + (Projected cost without Dynamic AI Agent * (1-Deflection rate))
